Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer replacements under specific conditions.

Replacement Policy

• Eligibility for Replacement: Items are eligible for replacement only if wrong product is received or is damaged upon arrival. To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging. 
• Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at twinytales@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged product. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
• Time Frame: All damage claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

• Contact Us: Email us at twinytales@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs showing the damaged product.
• Review: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
• Replacement: If approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Items

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive damaged.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive damaged.
